Short version: CareerToolsPro's tools run entirely in your browser. Nothing you type into a generator is uploaded to a server or stored by us. There is no account, no sign-up, and no paywall.
What this site does
CareerToolsPro (careertoolspro.com) provides free, template-based career document generators: cover letters, resume summaries, resignation letters, recommendation letters, interview questions, LinkedIn headlines, interview thank-you emails, salary negotiation emails, resume bullet points, and LinkedIn About sections. Every document is generated on your own device from the details you type, using built-in templates.
Information you enter
The details you type into a generator (names, job titles, companies, skills, achievements) stay in your browser while the page is open. They are not sent to us, not saved on our servers, and not shared with anyone. If you close the tab, your input is gone — so copy or download anything you want to keep.
Information we do not collect
- We do not ask you to create an account or sign in.
- We do not collect names, email addresses, or payment details, because the tools are free and require none of these.
- We do not sell personal information.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand anonymous usage — which pages are visited and roughly where visitors come from. GA4 sets its own cookies and may collect IP addresses in anonymised form. It does not receive names, email addresses, or anything you type into the generators. You can opt out through your browser's cookie settings or a Google Analytics opt-out add-on. No other third-party analytics or advertising runs on this site.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Vercel. Like most hosting providers, Vercel may process standard technical information needed to deliver the page (such as IP addresses in server logs) under its own privacy policy. We do not receive or use that information to identify you.
External links
This site contains no advertising. The only third-party service is Google Analytics (see above). If links to other websites are added later, their privacy practices will be their own.
Children
These tools are intended for job seekers. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
